Hey,
Sorry that once again I haven’t updated the site much. I’m working very hard on not only writing articles but starting to add to my portfolio. Over the past few days I’ve been working on a site for a client that I am almost finished with and should be added to my portfolio page soon so you can see what I have been doing. Just stick with me and I promise it will be worth it
Thanks

Hey,
Lately I haven’t written any posts and that’s not because I don’t care about this blog, because I do. it’s because recently I was very busy and had to do numerous other things. I was planning on writing a post this weekend but instead I went white water rafting, yeah it was amazing! So look for a few new posts soon once I get the time to write them. they should be coming within the next few days and hopefully will be awesome. You may want to subscribe to this blog so you don’t miss these new posts and you can do so via the link on the right sidebar and following the directions. Thanks a lot for sticking around while I try to get this going.
Thanks

One of the most over looked pieces of the internet is the immense amount of time and effort put into creating well designed websites. Although at its most base form web design can be simplistic, it can quickly evolve into a complex website template involving many different aspects to really “wow” the viewers. As the internet evolves over time so too does website design and it has come far from the basic table based design to the Web 2.0 looks of the 21st century. Along with the new looks also comes more interactivity and advanced dynamic content to satisfy users. With this sudden spur for the necessity of web designers brought on by the growing need for better websites it has caused many people to begin studying web design and the market has become flooded with freelancers looking for work. This has caused many large scale web design companies to go under, or slump in sales, because of the overwhelming numbers of cheap work available on the internet. Web design is still a growing industry and the need for web designers is overwhelming so becoming a web designer could be a very profitable career choice.
With the need to designers so high the need for in depth and informative tutorials and books are needed in order for people to learn the skill. With a simple search on Google, or other popular search engine, these articles can be at the tip of your fingers just waiting for you to get started making your first websites. Now these tutorials may seem like they are far too basic for you, but every person has to start somewhere and when it comes to web design that means HTML. There are literally thousands of good quality tutorials on how to get started with HTML and will set you on the right path to creating your first website within hours. One of the best places however would have to be www.w3schools.org because of their extensive set of resources to help you out in your attempts to build websites. One of the best resources they have is the built in editor which allows you to edit HTML in real time on their site and see what it produces right before your eyes. This can really help new comers learn and see how their code works and improve their skills in HTML. Without at least basic knowledge of HTML you are unlikely to go anywhere in the business so I highly recommend you learn some of it.
If you go out and learn HTML then you will quickly be on your way to creating and maintain high quality web sites for yourself and hopefully others. In this effort you must remember to keep a track of what websites you create so you can use them later if you create a portfolio for yourself to show the work you’ve done to potential businesses looking for web designers. The limits in the web design field are endless, and ultimately the options only stop when your imagination stops with it. The one things you need in this field to succeed is dedication, without it you won’t get far unless you have superb abilities which is very unlikely. I hope that you can use this article as a way to get yourself going and start working on your career, because in the end it’s what you want to do that matters. If you wait too long the market may become even more congested then it already is and you may lose your shot at glory, fame, and money. Take the chance and start today.

If you want to work on your own time and at your own pace then freelancing, or being your own boss, is the way to go in the web design field. There are thousands of people who work by their own schedule in the web design field and still make a living without having to follow orders from their bosses. Freelance web design is a huge portion of the web design field. Those who wish to work from the pleasure of their home receive many benefits that many people do not. When I learned this I was very excited to know this because this meant that if I end up being a web designer it means I can work on my own time rather than be constricted to the 9 to 5 days at a stuffy old office with a boss hanging over my shoulder. The one major drawback of not working at a big web design company is the lack of benefits that you would normally receive such as health care and life insurance. However this isn’t all that necessary as long as you can make sufficient amounts of money to support yourself and any unexpected costs that may occur. When I was learning about freelancing I was a little worried about how crowded the current freelance business was but I figured that only the best of the best can make it anyways so I just thought that I would have to try really hard if I were to ever make it in the business.

Following the current trends on web design seems to be a crucial aspect of any designer’s job. With the ever changing trends on the internet one must always be on top of the latest thing to optimize themselves for the best possible opportunities. While I was searching the Wikipedia article on web design I found a link to another article about “Web 2.0” so I followed that link and saw that a new style of web design has come about lately that is spreading like wildfire across the internet. This Web 2.0 showed that the field of web design is always changing and to be the best of the best you must know what the current trends are. This answered one of my important questions which was how has web design changed over time? I feel that this question was important because I want to know where it has come from in order to have an idea of where it may be heading down the road so that I can have a sense of how it will be when I go to college to study web design, if I end up going for that. While thinking about where web design has come from and how it has evolved it blew my mind. The once designless pages with just a stream of information has been transformed into elegant web sites with beautiful aspects of both content and looks. Of course with that the purpose of the internet has changed as well which is why the web designers needed to change their styles to fit the needs of the users.

Hey,
So today was my last day of school, finally! Now that I’m out of school I can finally focus more attention on this site and desiging sites. Now that I can focus on that I will start adding more content to this site and working a lot more on building up my portfolio so that I can get some new customers. This is still very new and I am working very hard on getting stuff done so that I can start making some money and getting new clients. So, stick around and hopefully you won’t be disappointed. Also I am working on setting prices for my work so you can send me an email via the quotes page once I get that working so I can do some work for you. As for now, be patient. I will be all set and ready soon. Trust me, the best is yet to come.
Thanks
